The Journey of Shri Hari Enterprise began with its Partners pioneering into the Air Industry Segment with a sole vision of providing cooling solutions beyond excellence. Jagdish Rathod, Partner, ventured into the industry in 1995 with a degree in Civil Engineering and evolved to launch the Enterprise from the Scratch. Annexure-V
PRE-EXECUTION / CUSTOMER SCOPE
  1. Confirmation of the Proposal/Estimate
    • The Client shall need to provide a Written confirmation for the acceptance of the Proposal / Estimate / Quotation.
    • A communication via Whatsapp / Email / SMS shall also be considered as an approval in case a signed copy of the Proposal is not provided by the Client.
    • The Company shall not consider verbal expression of Confirmation or Approval from the client as valid for project initiation.
  2. Purchase Order (P.O.)
    • If the Client’s internal policy requires providing a signed copy (physically or digitally) of the Purchase Order, it is the Client’s responsibility to do so.
    • If the Client fails to provide such a P.O. due to any reason, any written confirmation otherwise received shall be deemed as final approval for carrying out the project.
  3. Adhering to the terms of Payment
    • Where the proposal states a requirement for advance or prior payment, the Client must comply. Any delay in payment shall not hold the Company liable for delays in initiation or execution.
  4. Requirement of the Details and Provisions

    Following details must be provided by the Client prior to execution:

    1. Final HVAC Drawings for Execution
    2. Indoor Unit AC Locations (Centre of Indoor Unit)
    3. False Ceiling Design (Height of False Ceiling), if any
    4. In case of Ductable Unit, Supply Air Grill and Return Air Grill Locations (Centre of Grill)
    5. In case of Ductable Unit, Wired Remote Locations
    6. In case of Hi-Wall Unit, Wooden Pelmet
    7. In case of Hi-Wall Unit, Sections Plan (AC Bottom Line)
    8. Electric Power Supply for AC Commissioning (as per System Requirements & Manufacturer’s Norms)
    9. All power supply cable connections into outdoor units as specified in the drawing (approx. 1 Meter length)
    10. 5 Amp temporary power supply point to run installation equipment
    11. Lockable space of 100 sq. ft. for spares and installation materials
    12. Covered space of at least 500 sq. ft. per machine at the time of delivery
    13. Connecting drain pipe beyond end point, if required, to be arranged by third party / Client scope
    14. Cable tray, if required (available on chargeable basis)
    15. Fabricated Stand, if required (available on chargeable basis)
    16. Customer Scope of work, including any additional services required for commissioning
    17. Details of fabrication work, if any, to be done by third party / as per Client scope

    The requirement of receipt of the above details shall be essential for the initiation of the Commissioning or Execution of the Project.

  1. Any works related to outdoor stand, chipping, trenching, plastering, finishing, painting & polishing are not included in the quotation.
  2. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused due to breakage or drilling into structural beams or columns.
  3. Prior to execution, the Company may store equipment and/or materials at the customer’s premises. The Client shall be responsible for their safety and security until they are used in execution.
Annexure-VI
EXECUTION
  1. The Company shall tentatively carry out the execution in the following three stages:

  2. Stage 1:

    Indoor Unit

    1. Marking work of Indoor Units, Copper Tubing, Drain Piping, Core Cutting, Zari work (if required).
    2. Approval of the marking from the Client or any authorised person assigned by the Client.
    3. Core Cutting and Zari Work (if required).
    4. Installation of System / Equipment.
    5. Laying of Copper Tubes.
    6. Laying of Cables.
    7. Laying of Drain Tubes.
    8. Nitrogen Pressure Filling and Testing.

    Stage 2:

    Outdoor Unit

      1. Marking work.
      2. Approval of the marking from the Client or any authorised person assigned by the Client.
      3. Core Cutting and Zari Work (if required).
      4. Installation of Unit.

    Stage 3:

    Commissioning

    1. Testing of the unit.
    2. Handover of the AC / HVAC System.

    Please note that :

    • The client in case of Vertical Work, Double Height Work or any such work, which requires specification, shall provide the H-Frame.
    • The client shall have to make arrangements to provide all the requisite supporting accessories or tools including but not limited to, Ladder or Scaffolding and other required things for:
      • Any Type of Civil Work, (RCC Core Cutting, Brick Holes And Zari Work),
      • Carpentry Work;
      • Electrical work
      • Electrical Power for Work;
      • Colour Work;
      • Fabrication work;
      • Plumbing work;

      Or any such work required from the third party, for the purpose of Installation or Commissioning.

  1. Turnaround Time (TAT) for Execution and Completion of Work

    The following shall be the tentative Turnaround Time for completion of work. Assume 'X' as the date of Confirmation of the Proposal along with Advance Payment (if any):

  1. Initiation of Installation
    Installation work shall be initiated only after the receipt of the final approval from Consultant / Architect / Client or any authorised per acting on behalf of the Client.

  2. Reservations
    Installation process shall be subject to the requisite payment against the pro-rata of delivery of material at site.

  3. Changes / Revision / Alteration affecting the TAT
    Time consumed in any kind of changes or revision in the approved drawings / plans / Markings shall not be considered in the TAT. In such cases, the TAT shall be extended subjectively.

  4. Delays
    Any delay in payment, including the delay due to clearing or dishonouring of the cheques / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS etc. shall be affecting the TAT provided by the Company. In such cases, a revised TAT shall be provided by the Company to the Client. However, such revision in TAT shall not affect the rest of the Terms and Condition of the Project or the Proposal.

Annexure-VII

POST-EXECUTION

  1. Warranty
    The Warranty shall be as provided by the Manufacturer of the Unit, applicable from the Date of Invoice as per the Manufacturer’s Norms.

  2. Servicing
    Four (4) Free Dry service(s) will be given, by the Company, in the first year of comprehensive warranty.

  3. Visit and Additional Checkup and Servicing
    Any Visit, Check-up or Faulty Servicing of the Unit post the Handover of the Project shall be on chargeable basis, for which the Client shall have to pay on ‘actual or as is’ basis.

  4. Testing Period
    Testing Period post Execution shall be 24 Hours to 72 Hours after System Commissioning.

  5. Others

Terms and Conditions for the Payment

  1. The Payments shall be made to the Company in the Following manner:

  2. MSME Clause:
    The Company is registered as MSME under the relevant Act. Therefore, in delay in the payments by the Client above the stipulated time-period of 45 days shall make the Companies eligible to file a Application for the Recovery of the pending payments under the MSMED Act, or any other Act or Court of Law within the local Jurisdiction for its recovery.
