| MATERIAL | The quantities of any of the spares or equipment components mentioned in the quote are on an approximate basis. The actuals, which may vary upon execution, shall be billed as per the final measurement. |
| DELIVERY | 7–10 days against purchase order with advance payment. Notwithstanding, the customer needs to get a prior confirmation via call or WhatsApp regarding the current estimated time of delivery considering the variation of constant demand and supply. |
| WARRANTY | The warranty shall be applicable as per the manufacturers’ norms. |
| SERVICE |
In case of a new purchase, if the quotation or contract mentions any free services, then 4
free services shall
be given in the first year of comprehensive warranty. The service only includes cleaning of the machine. It does not include repairs of any breakdown or faulty functioning. |
| CUSTOMER SCOPE |
- Any type of civil work (RCC core cut, brick holes and zari), carpentry work, electrical
work, electricity,
electrical power for work, color work, fabrication work, ladder or scaffolding, and other
required materials
for installation shall be provided by the customer. - The customer shall mandatorily take confirmation regarding the power supply from the corresponding vendor. - Main electricity supply required at outdoor to be provided by the customer (as per system requirement). - Any type of fabrication work required for HVAC to be provided by the customer. |
| NOTE |
- Cable tray, if any required, shall be provided on chargeable basis. - Fabrication stand, if any required, shall be provided on chargeable basis. - Connecting drain pipe beyond the end point shall be provided on chargeable basis. - Any type of rework shall be done on chargeable basis. |
