TERMS & CONDITIONS
MATERIAL	The Quantity of any of the Spares or Equipment components, which are mentioned in the quote, are on approximate basis. The actuals, which may vary upon execution, shall be billed as per the final measurement.
DELIVERY	7-10 Days against purchase order with advance payment. Notwithstanding, the Customer needs to get a prior confirmation via call or WhatsApp regarding the current estimated time of delivery considering the variation of constant demand and supply.
WARRANTY	The warranty shall be applicable as per the Manufacturers’ Norms.
CUSTOMER SCOPE	Any Type of Civil Work (viz. RCC Core Cut, Brick Holes and Zari), Carpentry Work, Electrical Work, Electrical Power for Colour Work, Fabrication Work, Ladder or Scaffolding, and other required things for the installation shall be provided by customer. Main Electricity supply required at outdoor to be provided by customer (As Per System requirement). Any Type Fabrication work required for HVAC to be provided by customer.
NOTE	Cable Tray, if any required, shall be provided on chargeable basis. Fabrication Stand, if any required, shall be provided on chargeable basis. Any Type of Rework shall be done on chargeable basis.

1. The Payments shall be made to the Company in the Following manner:

2. The Company is registered as MSME under the relevant Act. Therefore, in delay in the payments by the Client above the stipulated time-period of 45 days shall make the Companies eligible to file a Application for the Recovery of the pending payments under the MSMED Act, or any other Act or Court of Law within the local Jurisdiction for its recovery.
3. Please note that the company shall not be responsible for failure of functioning of the Fans or any of its components, in Case of any under-capacity (CFM) or over-capacity (CFM) Installation.
